At Cici Ceramics, each piece of ceramic jewelry is handmade in small batches—making it truly one-of-a-kind. Because of the unique nature of our work, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items.

🛠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, please reach out within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return or exchange:

Include your order number
Attach clear photos of the item and the issue
Provide a brief description of the problem

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. If the item qualifies, we’ll offer a repair, replacement (if available), or a refund.

Please Note: Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.

🚫 We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges For:

Change of mind
Incorrect size or style selection
Wear and tear from use

Each item is handmade, so small variations in shape, color, or texture are part of the beauty of artisan ceramics—not considered defects.
